Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://aestha.co.uk website (the “Service”) operated by Aestha Ltd.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Aestha Ltd.
Aestha Ltd has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Aestha Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this)days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Prior to any treatment, you will always have a consultation to assess whether the treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. Even if you wish to have a particular treatment, if we do not believe that treatment is in your interest, we will decline to treat you.
The practice of medicine and surgery is not an exact science and therefore no guarantee can be given as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. Every effort is made to ensure you have the best possible outcome, but as with all medical procedures, there can be a spectrum of results. Results vary from person to person and depend on several factors, some of which cannot always be predicted. We will use what is considered best practice and up-to-date techniques to help achieve a good outcome, but please note there can be no guarantees as to the final outcome and your expectations and the predicted realistic outcome may be different.
You are required to give written consent to a treatment, which is sent to prior to appointment. You may withdraw that consent at any point or terminate your treatment verbally.
Aestha Clinic is registered with The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and will not discuss your treatment or share your details with any third party.
Please check that you provide correct personal details when registered with a clinic, as we will not be able to provide your medical notes when requested with incorrect personal details.
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are at your request and require a non-refundable deposit equalling 10% of treatment cost for new patients; the fee is redeemable against treatment.

If you are unable to attend appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, in order to reassign your appointment time to another patient. Missed appointments, arriving late (15 minutes or more) to your appointment or failure to give the required notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged from the treatment booked. If you are on any course of treatment and fail to attend or are late (15 minutes or more) and the treatment cannot be performed, that treatment will be automatically deducted from the course. Please note that if you do not attend an appointment, or give short notice (less than 48 hours), or no notice, we may decline to offer you a further appointment.
TREATMENT COURSE DISCOUNTS
All treatments purchased, as a course of treatments must be paid in full, at the time of your first treatment. All treatments must be taken within twelve months of the date of the first treatment. Any treatments not taken by the first anniversary of the purchase date will be forfeited. All courses of treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If however you have paid for a course and are unable to complete the course for medical reasons (as documented in a letter from your GP) we will make a refund to you, calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments taken, including those forfeited for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatments paid for and refunding the difference. In the event of short term/temporary side effects such as reddening, bruising, swelling, mild burning or blistering, hypo/hyperpigmentation as well as very rare side effects such as scarring and permanent discolouration, we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment.
Our listed prices on our app Aestha, brochure or in a magazine, newspaper articles and write-ups are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation. Prices are subject to variation without prior notice.
BOTULINUM TOXIN & TREATMENTS TOP-UP REVIEWS
Complimentary Botox top-ups must be done within 2-3 weeks of the initial treatment. If a top-up is not booked within this time period or you fail to attend for your review appointment, the offer becomes non-void.
We regret we cannot refund any skin products for hygiene reasons.
Although rare, some procedures have well-documented complications. Some people may also have higher risk factors, which may contribute to the occurrence of complications. We will, of course, treat these to the best of our abilities and knowledge, as many complications can be managed simply and conservatively. If you require to see Dr urgently, you will have to travel to the clinic. In the very unlikely event of a complication being more serious and you needing further treatment outside of our expertise, arrangements will be made for you to be treated in the NHS or if you wish, privately at your own cost. Please note it is possible that any private medical insurance may not cover complications arising from cosmetic work.
Aestha Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Aestha Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of Aestha clinic, regarding the before and aftercare of a treated area.
There is a 48 hour notice period to cancel or rearrange appointments. Outside this period, 50% booking deposits will not be refunded. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more might not be able to be seen.
We do not offer refunds on any treatment delivered. However, if you change your mind about any treatment purchased within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for an alternative treatment or product or offer you a refund (if the treatment has not been delivered). We do not offer refund on skincare products sold.
Treatment reviews may be carried out between 2 and 4 weeks following treatment. Reviews will never be performed when there is evidence of swelling, bruising, inflammation or pain. One treatment review only will be performed per treatment and never outside the 4 weeks period following treatment.
Reviews refer to the treatment delivered and include the agreed volumes and doses of any used and paid for the product. Additional services or products will be charged accordingly.
It is our objective to ensure that every client is delighted with the services that they receive.
However, we recognise that on occasions things can go wrong. If this does happen we will try to ensure we put things right at the earliest opportunity. This procedure advises how to bring things to our attention if you are not happy about the service that you have received.
We will ensure that all complaints are followed through, documented and when appropriate action is taken to prevent a recurrence.
The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to bring it to our attention immediately. Please raise your concern with your practitioner. They will listen carefully to your concerns and do what they can to correct any problems.
If you do not feel comfortable or able to do so, you can advise us of your concern by writing to us. Please provide as much detail as possible, including details of the date and time of your appointment.
After receiving your written complaint it will be recorded on our computer system and we will acknowledge your complaint either by telephone or by writing within 2 working days.
We aim to fully respond to you within 20 working days of receipt of your written complaint with a resolution. If however, we cannot fully respond within the 20 working day period, we will send you written confirmation that your complaint is still under investigation.
