GOURI – PCL Collagen Biostimulator
Using CESABP technology, DEXLEVO’s patented technology, GOURI is the first liquid PCL collagen biostimulator aimed at restoring collagen synthesis in the skin’s extracellular matrix thus preventing and treating laxity. It is different from hyaluronic acid products, like PROFHILO and skinboosters . Hyaluronic acid works on the water – once injected attracts and hydrates skin. Gouri will not attract water but will induce the body to stimulate collagen and elastin. It is a temporary product, which completely leaves your skin within 6-8 weeks, however, your stimulated collagen will last much longer giving you firmer skin.
Gouri is an alternative to products like PROFHILO to avoid skin puffiness, water attraction, and swelling, especially if you have used hyaluronic acid previously.

How Gouri works
GOURI does not have microparticles and is completely solubilised. PCL materials have been used in medicine for a very long time as soluble threads and collagen biostimulators, however, most of them were injectable such as dermal filler or threads.
Once injected GOURI spreads very easily to the surrounding areas. For full-face collagen stimulation, you require only 10 injection points. Also, it reduces side effects related to micro-particles, such as vascular compression and necrosis, granuloma formation, and skin discolouration. Furthermore, GOURI is very compatible with other aesthetic interventions like muscle relaxants and energy-based devices.
